Avoid this company. We stood in line for 2 hours just to get the vehicle that had already been ready for an hour. They aggressively upsale you insurance even after explaining multiple times that I have it covered by 4 different agencies. I tried to be polite but Elsa was annoying me. Elsa clearly thought I was an idiot and kept on. Elsa tried to tell me "things are different in the state of Nevada" which is a flat out lie. I know this because I spoke with my personal insurance, my credit card insurance, my bank, and Expedia weeks before arriving. Elsa still insisted that I purchase their insurance and I got the feeling she was not going to move forward with the transaction if I didn't purchase their insurance. Elsa starts mentioning things that MAY happen to the vehicle. In all my life of city living, none of those things have ever happened to me. It's literally not worth getting a cheaper car. The company right next to them had folks in and out within 10-15 minutes. Had I not already paid for the car I wouldn't have gone through all this with this company. They don't act like they want my pennies and next time I'm there they won't get them. Read the reviews on YELP and take them seriously. Avoid at all costs.
This company obviously doesn't care. I'm sticking with Enterprise. I wis Expedia didn't even recommend this company. Their shenanigans are despicable.
