Horrible customer service, will never do business there again nor will I reference any of my friends. I never experienced service like this in my life. The so called manager told me to eat a dick in front of my son, when I asked for explanation of the repairs that was not discussed before repairs were made. The manager wanted me to pay $35 for diagnosis and $55 for labor for repairs that were incomplete, they also want to charge me to pay another labor fee to bring the computer back to complete the repairs once they receive the part. After several choice words I left without paying a dime. I will never do business there again. And people wonder why we don't support black owned businesses! This business will only get 1 star for fixing a part of the issue for free!!!.
