Been going here for a few months now, and for all you CrossFit haters out there who think it's for ex-cops/military who are trying to work out til they puke and end up in the hospital, go check out the diverse group at this place: students, lawyers, doctors, cops, small business owners, construction workers, etc.. Yes CrossFit is a bit of a weird cult for some, but most people, I've found, are just trying to work out in a better, more efficient way, and are extremely non-judgmental about it. Just because some people follow stupid diets and take too many supplements doesn't make the entire CrossFit experience worthless. All I can say is that I'm definitely fitter and stronger than I was six months ago, and I couldn't have done it without the great people at this CrossFit affiliate.
