I love Zara for their clothes, but the customer service I experienced at this place was horrible. I had purchased a jacket in the US and came to this location to exchange it for a smaller size. I was told this could be done by a representative in the States, but was told different when I arrived in Canada. Nonetheless it isn't the customer's fault for being misinformed by another Zara employee, however it IS the managers job to solve any problems that customers may encounter. I ended up doing the managers job for her, and writing a complaint to the head office in Montreal, which resulted with me coming back to the same place to find out the size I put on hold was gone. I had to wait another week before they had my size. At the end of it all, I got my size Large after being given the run-around by the manager at this location. I love Zara for the clothing they produce, but a serious lesson in Customer Service 101 needs to be taught at this location.
