Our salesperson Kenneth was nice, pleasant and very efficient. I came in specifically for one of their pens, and with Kenneth's help, had one picked out quickly. I had it engraved, which took about 20 minutes or less, and as he was ringing up my purchase, he offered to have it gift wrapped. I declined since the gift is for a guy, and you know with guys the little black Montblanc bag that the store puts the purchase in is good enough. These pens are gorgeous but very expensive, (alot more than my IPad, which is more useful than this pen, but hey, its like a girl with a Tiffany item) so I hope the receiver of the gift wears it around his neck like a pendant. So with my little black Montblanc bag I walked away very happy with my purchase and even more pleased with the service I received.
