I waited an hour in the return line to return one $17 item because the fast lane was closed and only one person processing returns, that despite having a receipt you MUST get store credit if you don't have the card you used (my wife bought the item). Absolutely poor customer focus. I came here because I work nearby but live far away so very inconvenient for us to come here. $17 down the drain. I will not come here again if I can't return items WITH a receipt.
