After taking my vehicle to have a flat tire repaired I came back and found out that they had driven the vehicle on the rim, tracked mud in the cabin on the driver's seat, and miraculously charged me extra on top of what they originally quoted. As if repairing a tire is that involved and unpredictable that they need to deviate from an original quote. My advice to other would-be customers -- stay away! Not only are they dishonest about the work they do and what they charge but they also do not care enough about customer vehicles not to leave a mess inside.
I'm not having much luck with Fountain Tire in general (see my other review). I will be avoiding this business and its franchises in the future. Lesson learned.
