Avoid this place at all cost. Go to the Caesar's Palace one where you are treated like a paying customer. Worst Vuitton place ever. Went here twice now and it seems that they have more security than staff. The last time I ordered an LV bag and they had to ship it several times because first they did not finish the monogram even though it was promised for a certain time and date. Next time, they sent a mashed box for the bag. I asked for another to be shipped, they sent another mashed up one. After that I gave up. Fast forward, two years. I gave them another chance. I came in looking for a particular wallet. I was sent thru three floors trying to figure out where to find it. The person on the third floor finally knows what they're selling and sent me to the first floor where I was met by security, told that a sales staff will be with me shortly but in the meantime, I am suppose to stay put to wait patiently when a sales staff decides to grace me with his/her presence. I had been inside their store for 30 minutes. How much longer do I wait? I thought LV is a high end retailer. I had better service at McDonalds.
