I brought my dog here to get a haircut but they didn't even call us when our dog was ready. We just came because 5 hours is too long to cut a small dogs hair. My dog was waiting to be returned for like 3 hours but they never called us. I told the person that the hair on the ears must be cut but they never cut it. Her eyes were red and guess what their pathetic excuse was. "OOOO the shampoo is meant to make the eyes red and her tounge will turn blue"

Seems to have been a one time thing, because now they do a great job cutting her hair and they always call us when she is ready to be picked up. My dog really likes the stylist too
