Unfortunately this location has been a total miss for me 90% of the time. My hubby and I used to watch for a certain barista there, who made drinks very well. But, after a while we didn't see her anymore and in her place there are a lot of employees who don't seem to know what they're doing. Our drinks have been made incorrectly here more often than they've been made right. And once you've ordered from this location, you better be ready to wait--getting your drinks takes forever here.
As they say, "first world problems" indeed! But, honestly when you are paying that much for coffee, you expect it to be made well, served hot, and within a reasonable amount of time. This location does not do that. Save your time and money and hop over to the Fitchburg location instead if you're headed down that way.
