Just had to urgently get sealed passport documents and even without an appointment the entire experience exceed expectations. Advance appointments are required and while we did not have one we got added to the list for same day. There was always at least two staff, one was doing nothing but passports and we saw four different groups that had either wrong documents, missing photo copies, wrong method of payment or missing minor present. Had passport applicants actually been more prepared the line would have moved even faster. Our experience was outstanding, arrived by 12:45pm, got a 2pm appointment, was served and out the door by 1:45.
