I ended up having a middle of the night water leak in my home. Based on previous reviews, I called IRS early that morning, and within an hour or so, I had Richard here surveying the damage. Right behind him came his crew, and in an impressively short amount of time from my first call to them, they had begun work!
Because he uses the latest in water detection equipment, Richard was able to show me exactly where water damage occurred...and where it had not...all before disturbing or cutting a single thing! It saved me from having any more of my home torn up than absolutely necessary.
His crew is very professional and courteous. They were careful not to make a mess and always clean up after themselves. I was given constant updates as work progressed.
Hopefully I will never need them again...but if I do, they would be the first company I'd call!
