This place is a rip off. Yes I'm complaining about $1, but it's the point. I drive a 2013 Jeep Compass. Anybody who knows anything about cars knows that IT IS NOT CONSIDERED an SUV. Hence the reason I bought the car, I wanted something small. I was charged $1 extra for an "oversized vehicle" charge. I questioned the charge & the lady at the register went back & for a young gal to come out & attempt to correct me saying my car is an SUV. Well if my insurance company doesn't consider it an SUV then a damn car wash shouldn't. She took the $1 off but extremely unwillingly. The sign says $23.99. If I had an SUV or a big truck I would understand it kind of...... not sure why car washes now a days seem to think it's ok to charge more if you have a different sized vehicle. It should be 1 price for all cars/ trucks/ SUV's. Definitely won't be coming here ever again. Edit for after the wash: I would never ever go back to this car wash. $23.99 (after arguing over the $1 for an oversized vehicle charge) & NO vacuuming of the back seat & floors. The vacuum misses around the floor mats in the front seat. The wax to write what car wash & scent I paid for was left on the window, the scent was no where to be smelled. Please see pics attached to see what a WASTE OF MONEY this crap hole car wash is.
