I went to this store many times as it is in my neighborhood. This time I went to buy chicken and the butcher asked me how would you like the pieces to be cut? I said medium size pieces for curry. I thought he must be cutting chicken everyday and I don't need to check. Guess what? He chopped the chicken pieces so tiny that I was not even able to clean it properly. When I tried to wash the chicken before Cooking the meat was separating from the bones as the pieces were so tiny.He even cut the leg piece of the chicken into 2 tiny pieces. Disgusting. I think you guys should train the staff in meat department.
If anyone wants to buy Chicken here and if you want the butcher to cut for you please make sure you ask him to show the size of the pieces before he messes up the whole chicken.
