This is the worst hertz location I've experienced. First, there's no separate hertz gold pick up counter. Second, even when my flight is on time, more than 80% of the time, when I come to the counter, they don't have my car keys ready. So they have to select the car, print out the contact. For a business traveler, this is awful. I've been using this location off and on for 2 years but no improvement. Also, the staff aren't very professional. They should educate them on their customer serving skills. For example, after having waited for 10 minutes in Gold line, the first response was "yes?" What kind of a welcome I'd th that. Also no apologies for having customer wait for a while.
