Let me start 6 months ago... Took my normal $100 load of suits and shirts to the cleaners and one of my suits came back with a snag on the left rear shoulder. I took the suit back and got the run around and finally talked to the owner who said she would have the suit repaired. My brown suit came back with black thread over the snag, literally looked like a bug was in my back, so I donated the suit and looked for a new cleaners. In the mean time my wife needed to take clothes to the cleaners and thought Del Ray would be ok, she asked them to replace my shirt buttons that had fallen off and to be sure and not to use any starch. Well as you can suspect none of the buttons were replaced, shirts were starched and the topper was one shirt can back with a grease stain the size of my hand on the front of a $90 shirt and they insisted that the stain was there prior to cleaning. I wasn't out working on my car in a polo dress shirt but the girl working the counter wouldn't do anything and the next day when the owner called me the next day she offered only one solution, I had to some back in and fill out a form and they would look into what happened. I let her know I was done using them and would never come back. I would never go to this place again,.
