I can't find the listing for Quick Lane service at Superstition Mall so I'll have to vent here. My issue is I went in for The Works oil change and all points check for my 2010 Escape Hybrid. I had been experiencing a mysterious alarm going off but was afraid to mention in case the oil change fixed it. It didn't. Leaving that to another day. So 3 days later I finally get the message on my message area that it's because my brake fluid is low! This is part of their all pts check and it is checked off as being OK. So even though I was the ONLY CUSTOMER at the time they were too lazy to actually check my fluids! So I have to assume that I will need to re-check those levels w/another dealer. Actually wondering if they indeed changed my oil! Lost faith, lost customer.
