I always have high hopes for this store but am consistently disappointed. I've been there 5 or 6 times and each time has been a sub-par experience. The customer service is always poor. Most recently, I called about a particular bike trainer to make sure it was in stock before driving 30 miles there... when I arrived, I found out the only one they have was on display. A heads up about that would have been great. When testing the bike trainer the sales associate questioned if I knew what the word "cadence" means and told me to do some research... yes I know what cadence is, so maybe don't insult my intelligence when I'm going to spend a lot of money at your store.
Overall, I think the staff need some customer service training. They all seem a little bit lazy and unprofessional.
