Complete inconsistency with my order and it's coffee! I live right by this store and was excited it opened. Utter chaos. Rude staff, errors in orders. But hey, new store, I'll come back in a couple months.. it was fine for awhile after I came back, but now I'm getting fed up. Food is cold, my coffee order is inconsistent. I order a ice coffee, black with caramel. That's it! The coffee, either tastes burnt or the flavour is non existent ( I know how the flavour should taste, as other DDs I go to, it's on point) I actually have to order another shot of flavour to get it "normal" I'm tired of wasting my money on this place, so I've decided to not go there and while it's right by my house, I'll go out of way to go to another one. To all the people saying the owner might not see the reviews, you're probably right. I suggest doing the surveys on the receipt they give you.
