Seriously the worst PA and doctor ever. Doctor Kevin slaughter sent in his PA notify us that my bf has appendicitis and they are calling an ambulance for surgery. When I started asking questions the PA immediately got defensive and said things like "you wouldn't understand" and "why would I tell you that". Then she proceeded to tell us this was a medical emergency and then we waited 3.5 hours before an ambulance came. For a medical emergency! I will never come here and the scare tactics will never work again. I am fed up with the way they treated me and they are touting "voted best of Las Vegas". Which means literally nothing to me now.
