I bought my used car here and I'm pretty satisfied with the transaction. No pressure and no haggling with the sales. I was in and out in less than 4 hours. Although I wanted to be done in 2 hours, somehow they have to process paperwork for 2 additional hours.
Kevin Gray was my salesman; very courteous and professional. I'm not a big fan of buying a car from a dealer salesman because I hate haggling but Kevin did not do that. He was there to help me with the smooth processing; showed me the car, gave me time to inspect the car - pop the hood, check under car, etc., Test drive it, provided paperwork for items he can't answer, and lastly helped me with paperwork and payment.
I didn't give 5 stars because my goal was to complete the transaction between 2 to 3hours timeframe. I did the research about the vehicle, I know what I wanted, and came ready with my own financing. So in my expectation, 2- 3 hours to purchase a vehicle should be sufficient time.
Overall though, I'm very satisfied with the experience. I'd highly recommend this place if you are buying a vehicle.
Tip: know what you want, bring your own financing if you can, and do your research the vehicle you are purchasing.
