Dr. Suzanne Riffel was nice, seemed competent but didn't explain the process of how my son would get his contacts at all. She left it up to her staff that largely consists of untrained, uninformed teenagers. (I have teenagers of my own and love kids but I would never put them in a job they were unprepared to do, it's not their fault). Very unprofessional place, zero training or procedure. I was told incorrect information 5 separate times, as a result lost appointment times and had to return on 3 occasions when it should have been one. The times there was an adult present, she was rude and wouldn't let me in to sit with my 12 year old son. She told me to wait inside Costco. It's worth spending the extra money to go to somewhere else. I will not come back.
