I visited the Charlotte location today and had a very pleasant shopping experience!
I worked with Sausan Suliman as the Sales Consultant and she was the best sales professional I've ever worked with. She spent quality time learning of my needs, taking measurements for me, exploring fabric and color options which were very valuable.
She did not push me to purchase and encouraged me to shop around before making the purchase and take a fabric swatch home to compare to my current decor and accessories.
The manager, Mike, was amazing also and made me feel like a welcomed shopper and took time to have conversation and was understanding of my methodical process of making the decision.
