This place ripped me off. They told us it was going to be $1100 to move in. We were all excited. They took our money right away. Then they said we just have to fill out a form online and we are done. Filled out the form. Good to go. NOT!!!! We came in the next day and they said it was going to be $1900 to move in. You have got to be kidding me? What was that $1100 we just paid? Apparently it was to hold it and it's non refundable. So basically we have to pay $1100+$1900=$3000 to move into this one bedroom apartment? Something doesn't seem right. I said ok. Whatever I am already this far into it and they already took my $1100 non refundable which wasn't told to me so I went ahead and paid the extra $1900 to move in. Well don't get excited just yet I'm not through. So after I paid the $1900 we were supposed to move in the next day. Came back the next day and they said we need to pay another $800 for a pet fee. This has got to be the biggest upsell I have ever seen or the biggest scam I've ever heard of. We ended up paying $3800 to move in. On top of all this they now tell us we have to pay $50 month for direct tv. We don't want direct Tv. We watch Netflix and that's it. They said we have to pay for it regardless. Stay away from this place!!!!
