I went for a fitting and the service was non existent even with my appointment. The receptionist or perhaps just the random lady sitting at the desk (Jennifer) just pointed in the direction of the dresses. I asked about the price range and if they are hung by sizes since she did not seem to want to leave the comfort of her chair. Off I went trying to sort through and figure out size and pricing. I eventually fulled some dresses but nothing fit and I just didn't feel like being in the store any longer that provided no service to a bride that came alone. Upon leaving, I said bye and she just sat there chatting with another co worker. Did not even look up to say, did you find something you like? anything I can help with?...Perhaps both staff that day was having a bad day or maybe it was my small budget or the fact that I was alone. Whatever it was, I do hope they work on changing the experience for other shoppers. If nothing else, it would have been nice if they took my measurement so I would know what sizes to pick through. Thought I was a six but 6-12 just didn't fit. I just gave up. It was my first time out shopping for my dress, not looking forward to the next but hope it will be a better experience.
