I rented a one bedroom apartment through PPM for the past (almost) two years, and had a really great experience with them. The building was very well maintained. I had very few maintenance issues, and when I did they were addressed same day. In the winter they also took quick care of the snow and ice in the tenant parking lot and on the steps. Their online portal for maintenance and bill pay was also very convenient. My previous landlord did not offer that option.
Additionally, they offer a home buyer program for their tenants. If you use a PPM agent as your buying agent in your home search, they allow you to end your lease when you find a place to buy. This was so helpful, as it makes an unpredictable process a little less stressful. Everyone I worked with through PPM was very professional. I would definitely recommend renting from them!
