Sundaes are a bit vanilla for me... I prefer something with substance as well... the banana split has the banana. The brownie sundae has the brownie. Where's the cookie? Where's the texture? The chocolate square is supposed to be that, I guess. But... I wasn't disappointed with the salted caramel sundae I got from Ghirardelli. Mmm. Such a rich, distinct flavor like no other salted caramel I've ever had. I enjoyed every bite. Expensive for a sundae ($13), but it's Vegas. And it's Ghirardelli. Cute shop right along the LINQ Promenade.
