AP called before dispatching the technician (Mike M) to make sure the time was still good. Job was reviewed then explained honestly and thoroughly. Being a "no shoes in the house" family, I really appreciated the fact that Mike wore disposable booties over his work boots while in the house. Job done well but its the small details like the phone confirmation, the time taken to show and explain the problem and the steps to fix it, and attention to cleanliness that will keep AP in our go-to phone list.
