Been trying to get my tear duct opened for months now, and was sooooooooo looking forward to getting it done this morning. When I arrived I was told that I had been rescheduled to a date almost a month later. Said they had left a message, but I had no messages. I cancelled a different doctor appointment to be here, and then they cancel it on me. They may be an ok place, but you DO NOT cancel an appointment on someone without being sure they are aware of it. Most offices charge you if you dont show up, so why not have the same consideration for the patient. Unfortunately, my duct is so bad that I cannot drive, wear makeup, or wear my contacts because of the constant tearing. This has been going on for 4 months now, but I guess it's not happening to them, so it just don't matter.
