We stayed at this Hotel for a dance competition.
Check in was easy breezy. Very polite. Our room key did not work so I went back down to the check in counter and a staff member took care of us as opposed to having to line up again.
The room was clean. Loved the heated bathroom floors. Very clean and modern update in the rooms. No carpets. Had nice plank flooring. Bed was very comfortable and clean.
We had breakfast in the hotel. It seemed to me that there were not many staff to serve the amount of people that were there for the weekend. I felt bad for the staff as they must have been run off their feet to try and serve the volume of people that were there.
We ate a late lunch at this location as well and the same, very little staff for the volume of people dining.
The little store that was there was quite pricey but, I guess that is universal at any hotel.
I will say the staff was VERY pleasant and polite.
Wifi worked well.
