Took the kids for the first time, expecting it to be a little more grungy but was surprised at how nice and smooth the transition went. We were tubing in no time. It's sad that others didn't respect nature and the river is lined with cans and bottles, but the views were great and the group that was around us the whole time were friendly and fun. I hear weekend is a little tougher, more of a party atmosphere so I am glad we went during the week.
Don't pack too much, two hours go by quickly.
