Completely uncooperative unhelpful and unwilling to do anything to help anyone with anything except for the way they want to do things. This is what happens when you have monopolies. I wait on hold 25 minutes to talk to them and the only way they will do anything is if both my wife and I authorize to turn service on because we are both on account. That is my mistake never put two names on your account!! Thank goodness we are selling our home and will never have to use aps ever again. They suck!!!
