I decided to splurge for my sister and I yesterday, Sunday January 17th since I won some $$$ the night before.
We got there around 9:30am-wait was nonexistent, which was a relief since I'd read there can be long waits w/o an express pass. We didn't order the unlimited beverage package(additional $15pp) since we aren't big drinkers). I did mention we were in Vegas to celebrate my sis' birthday and noted she wrote 'Birthday' on our table receipt. Our server was Alexandria, and she gave us awesome service! Beverages were brought out quickly and dirty plates whisked away in a timely manner...I commend her for the congenial 'service with a smile' even though she had five or six tables in her station and was kept pretty busy!
Now about the food...for the price($49.99 for weekend brunch served 8am-3pm. Note that it is an additional $10 more after 3pm), the exceptional quality of the food is well worth the price!!!!
Here are my standout faves with pics posted:
Lobster Benedict was heavenly-hollandaise sauce perfection perfection! Prime rib was sliced thin and bleeding rare just as I requested. The seasoned peppered crust was the best part! Ate my share of crab legs and mussels, but they weren't anything extraordinary to rave about. The inclusion makes the brunch a bit more easy to stomach price-wise.
Sis had sushi but wasn't impressed by taste or quality from the two pieces she sampled. She rated it average.
I did luv luv luv the congee(Chinese rice porridge), which needed the requisite shredded pork, chopped green onions and pickled radishes-yes, provided on the side to add!
Alexandria, our server, brought over a birthday dessert place for my sis, which was a nice touch. Overall, we'd definitely visit again. Lots of choices, great variety of dishes for meat eaters, vegetarians or picky eaters.
My suggestion is to sample a little of everything that appeals to you...food is freshly prepared so ENJOY.
Now I can say I've been to the Bacchanal at Caesars!!!
