Do not order from this company or this store, their customer service is a joke. They were supposed to deliver our gift and it took their delivery person until 1pm to show up, so I needed the gift and told them I would
Come and pick it up. They didn't even have the bouquet ready! They grabbed one from the display case that was obviously old and had been sitting there. They open a ticket the franchise manager didn't want to refund the money and then closed the open ticket. They gave use a gift basket that had brown apples, hard melon, sour strawberries and soft old grapes. Why anyone would pay $70 for a bowl of bad fruit is beyond me. No accountability with customer support or closed loop feedback.
