I've been going to Monos for quite a while. In November I had a family emergency in Ohio and was there much longer than expected. The staff helped me so much during this time it made me feel like at least this issue I didn't have to worry about. Jennifer and Javier helped me over and over. I have seen Dr. Lipshultz and Isaac also. All of them have been great.
As matter of fact when my faceless insurance company administrator decided that ANOTHER back surgery was better than trying the shots, and denied the shots 3x, Javier talked and worked with them until it was approved. They take the least invasive route first. You would think insurance wouldn't want to pay for surgery instead of a shot but I've been told they think you will just live with the issue instead of getting surgery. Now, if I was reviewing my insurance "administrator" that would be a whole new rating! :-)
