Worse customer service experience ever. Ordered fabric online that took almost 2 weeks to get in town. Wasn't what I expected so i had to actually visit the store. Another horrifying experience. Stopped at guest services to inquire about procedure for return...couldnt find anyone. I carried my return as I shopped looking for something else. Finally found something and had to wait for over 30 minutes at the cut table..as people jumped line and others butted in well after their number had been called. Finally got my material, waited another 15 minutes to check out. When I presented my return...I was told I would have to take it back to the cut table to be measured by 2 associates that were very rude. Are you kidding me....the line was another half hour out for the cut table already. I didnt bother waiting this time. I took the loss and will never buy online or in their stores again.
