Not at all satisfied!! I took in my iPad mini to replace the screen, the 2 hour service was not available, I agree to pick up the next day, at pick up I requested the protection glass as stated on yelp, the lady behind the counter didn't want to honor the offer claiming it was an old offer but then agreed when I showed her the app with instructions to present the store. Now, $150 later, the new screen comes lose!! I call the store and inquiry, the guy on the phone says "ok bring it back and I will glue it back but you have to give me two hours." No apology!! I will continue this review once I take it back and see what they do....
