Renting a car for a business trip out of town. Normally this location is good but today I experienced a less than stellar visit. The price I was quoted on-line was less than what they attempted to charged? In addition I scheduled an appointment to pick up the car and they even called to confirm the day prior yet the car wasn't cleaned. So I type this as I wait for their mistake to clean the car. Little things like this make or break a company. I have had good experiences with this location in the past but today Enterprise dropped the ball as far as customer service. The selection of cars are limited but I guess that's what you get in exchange for the convenience of a neighborhood car rental location.
