Usually when we go to Vegas we go to Secret Pizza for our pizza. Since we were on the opposite side of the strip this time we decided to give Grimaldis a try.
Hella overrated. We ordered a White Pizza with pepperoni, ricotta, olives and bacon to go. Our pizza was soggy and the cheese was rubbery... Not gooey and delicious. I also noticed they use bigger pieces of bacon, almost like little strips... They were not crispy but chewy!
The pizza itself was hella greasy too. I could tell they use great and fresh ingredients but the textures and sogginess was killing me. The crust was great though, and the best part.
I don't know if it's because we got it to go or what but we are not wasting another meal here to find out. I am never cheating on Secret Pizza again!!!
