This place is definitely hit or miss. If you get there before anyone else usually you're set but if you get behind other people forget it. The service is extremely slow and they do not know how to speed up the whole process. I was there the previous day and I was looking at the new Samsung Galaxy S8+. I did not buy it at the time but came back the next day. The saleswoman remembered me and said she'd be with me in ten minutes. She was already helping someone else. So after about another 15 minutes some dude comes in and because he needs to pay his bill she takes him instead of me! So she starts helping this guy and basically was flirting with the guy while she's supposedly helping him. So after about 30 minutes I just left. The sad thing is she knew I was there to buy a new phone. Don't they want to make money? I guess not. I ended up just ordering the phone on the Verizon website.
