I have been 4 times to the improv and have had different experiences every time. Things I have learned: Check your show time the day of your event. I showed up 1 hour before they opened the doors one night because the comedian was late. They had changed the show times that morning and I didnt realize. (not a huge deal) Temps can vary inside. One time it was ridiculously hot and it happened to be the night of terrible service. I waited over an hour for the server to bring me a water and I was "dying" (One experience of a terrible server, other three times were great) Food is nothing special. I recommend eating elsewhere. Drinks are pretty pricey. My husband and I usually just get the minimum 2 drinks each then go across the street to Rock Bottom for a good beer afterwards. There are usually two opening comedians. They are usually pretty funny. If the comedian is popular, get there early! I went for Tommy Davidson and the show was sold out. The good seats went fast! If you opt to sit in the front row next to the stage, you will probably get "called out" by a comedian. If Bruce Bruce ever comes back, GO! He was so funny! My face hurt for a week because I was smiling and laughing the whole time. Really funny guy!
