1 star for having a friendly receptionist. That's about the only good thing. I booked an appointment for a consultation, after my friend had told me about her excellent experience with the doctor when she had a baby. I had no idea that I'd end up waiting for hours after the scheduled time!! Seriously, what's the point of even booking an appointment if they were going to make you wait 2 hours? Ended up having to reschedule it because I was running late to my work. Their first available date for reschedule was a month after my initial appointment. I probably should have just canceled it then, but I went ahead and rescheduled it anyways because I really needed to see the doctor for a consultation. Few days before my rescheduled appointment, they called me and told me that they'll need to reschedule it again to a month after my "already rescheduled" appointment because the doctor needs do a delivery. Ok yes, I understand that baby delivery dates cannot be changed. But wth?! Clearly, my needs are not important to them, unless you're having a baby because that's where they'll make the most money. Needless to say, I politely declined their offer and moved on to another doctor, who actually valued my time.
