Seriously, what is the point of making an appointment at this location? I waited 20 minutes and they only spoke to me because I was coming to tell them never mind. I loathe bad customer service. We live in a world where at anytime of the day I can go anywhere else and spend my money. At least acknowledge that you're running late. Don't leave people to sit and look foolish waiting like they don't matter. I work way too hard to be treated this way. I'm now late for an appointment and I hope you as a consumer know better than to come to this establishment. They don't treat customers right!
