Customer service, I'll give 4 stars because everyone's friendly but I have to give 2 stars for the problems I've encountered with my phone since taking it in for repair. Went in a few days ago to fix my cracked iPhone 6 screen. The people are friendly and fast! It only took 40 mins to fix! BUT! when I got my phone back I was unable to charge it. In fact, the more I charged it, the faster my battery began to die. I've never had this problem before. Even when it was cracked I was able to use and charge for the whole week when it was cracked. I take it back and they tell me it's my battery and that I need to buy a new one from them. Hmm...that's strange because my phone 6+ is less than a year old and I already need a new battery? Ok. I buy a new battery from them, by this time, I've spent $135 on screen repair and $40 on a new battery. This was yesterday. Today! I go to make a snapchat and my front facing camera is not working! How am I supposed to check if my eyebrows are on fleek?! So now, I'm waiting 'til they open so I can call to see if they will be able to fix THIS problem for me. Hopefully I don't get charged for this too.
So ok! Like millions of people in this world, I rely on Yelp for everything! This place has nearly 5 stars! But that's only because, in order for you to get the Yelp coupon deal for $5 off, you have to write a review THEN AND THERE and they have to take a pic of you being a happy customer. Of course we're happy! We're getting $5 off! You can't expect people to write a review then and there and haven't had a chance to fully look over their experience and test out their newly repaired product. So I feel s little duped. It's a little bit false advertisement and more of forced advertisement and that ain't right.
Sure, I could've takin' it to Apple to repair for only $90 but I would've waited for hours and would have had to set an appointment. Sure I could've takin it to Sprint but would have to wait days! But, at least, if anything went wrong with my phone after repair that I've never experience prior to repair, they would cover at no cost.
So people! The moral of the story is! When you take a gamble you have to accept your losses. If that makes any sense. So now, I'm gonna give them a call and I'll let you all know what they tell me. Standby...

Ok. Just got off the phone with a guy with super great phone etiquette and I was so ready to go down there and pop off until he told me to have a blessed day. He had me at that. You can't knock these people for being genuinely awesome people. But, I'm kind've bummed that I've missed out on 3 days worth of text messages, snap chats and IG timeline. Going to the shop when I get off at 430 and I will give you all a follow up. Stay tuned...

So something happened while they were repairing my phone, something about it was damaged and now I have to take my phone to Apple cause there's nothing they can do. Nice! No refund cause they did fix my cracked screen but also NO PHONE CAUSE THEY EFFED IT UP! But they're so nice, I couldn't yell at them Guess I'll take my phone to sprint and pray they don't notice that I took it to a third party to fix cause then I will need to buy a brand new phone! FML!

OMG! LMAO! So took my phone to Sprint and while the technician was checking out my phone he completely shatters my screen! Frick yes!! Getting a brand new phone, NO CHARGE! well, technically I paid $175 and a week of my life and can't get back but lesson learned. Won't be coming back to this place again.
