My first and last visit here was probably 6 months ago, but I still remember how the little jackass teeny-boppers almost made me punch somebody in the face. They were douchey a-holes who are exclusively the reason I won't come to this particular LP even though it's a 5-minute walk from my house.
Take note, ownership: there are unemployed quality people out there who have a better idea about customer service than your current staff.
