I feel that Doctor Kramer is competent and thorough but could be a little more compassionate. His staff is extremely poorly managed. From calling prescription to the wrong pharmacy to sending me to a lab that does perform the tests requested by the doctor, from taking three weeks to send me to a specialist (I had to fax the manager the list of specialists taking my insurance and show up in the office to get an appointment) to not calling me for test results after the doctor warned me that I could be diabetic.
