After reading all the negative reviews, it's amazing that I have had the same experience as so many of you. The late appointments, missed appointments, repair calls, no set price, few samples, customer service calls, disgruntled installers, installers who offer to do other jobs on the side, reports to the better business burea, the Registar of Contractors, and last but certainly not least dealing with Henry Jaffe. What a piece of work he is. I just keep hoping that all of the bad business practices will catch up to them.
