Terrible. Skip this place if you love your car or like your wallet.
Just went for my first, and only time. The dude who welcomed me started with a attempt to sell a wax job for my beloved 4Runner. No thanks- I'm just here for a wash. I select the $19.99 wash, and head inside.
I go to pay and the same guy says "$25.00". I pointed out that the wash I selected is listed as $19.99. "No- it's $5.00 extra for a truck/SUV". Hmm. Ok, money grab part 2. It's worth noting I have a stock 4Runner, as opposed to a lifted Ford F-350. Calm down car wash dude. My wash came with an air freshener but no one asked me what scent so I asked the manager and he said they ask you when you're leaving.
Meanwhile the waiting room is crammed with crap no one needs or will use- and also doubles as the employee break room.
Eventually my truck was done and I gave a $4 tip and got in my car. Apparently I picked the unscented air freshener without knowing it- because my car didn't have any scent. When I get home I found tons of water lines and steaks they never took care of at the car wash.
In summary- this place sucks and at every step it's a money grab. Note to the owners, that extra $5.00 SUV fee you charged, has cost you a customer for life. I will never return and I will encourage my crew to do the same. You guys apparently would rather gouge people for money ONCE than to have lifelong customers. I have never been charged extra to wash my 4Runner- and you guys are insane to make that a practice at your dumpy car wash. There's a really good reason your car wash has a 2.5 star average. People are truly better off going to a $3 self wash.
