Updating My Review: 5 Stars remains! A few weeks ago, my cell phone charger that Terrance replaced a year or so ago stopped working again. I happen to have a day off during the week and stopped in. Terrance remembered me and was willing to make an appointment with me for later in the week. When I explained to him that I was willing to wait all day today for him to squeeze me in, he said, you know what, "I have a few minutes before my next appointment and I'll take a look now." Took Terrance an hour to troubleshoot and replace the defective product with a new product that I had to purchase inside the store. Since the original work was warrantied by Best Buy Geek Squad, I was not charged a diagnosis fee or installation fee.
Terrance had some conversation with me through the hour. He is very friendly and an asset to Best Buy. Once again, he refused to take a tip.
