The aroma, music and vibe were excellent, during this very busy lunch time visit.
The food and beer all came out within a reasonable amount of time, and the wait staff were friendly, even those rushed and being trained.
The pulled-pork with super tasty and warm - pink coloured, with a smokey undertone and NOT at all dry. The coleslaw and hush-puppies were a little too sweet for my liking, but each had a good crunch and good texture. Unfortunately I did not get enough BBQ source, (a bigger dish please) nor were they any to taste test on the tables.
The OMB Copper was ably poured by the bar staff and tasted wonderfully fresh and crisp. It could have done with being a fuller pint!
I am looking forward to returning. Easily the best BBQ in south Charlotte.
